Returns and Refunds
**Please Note: Learning Towers, Easels, Play mats and Baby Nests are not returnable unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned with 14 days of delivery. It must also be in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have reviewed your returns request.
Your return item should be sent to: Two Little Seedlings, P.O BOX 591, Mareeba QLD 4880, Australia. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days. Please note it can sometimes take 5-7 business days before it will show in your account.
We accept returns and exchanges on full priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items will only be refunded if there is a fault and all items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt that contain the original tags and packaging and have not been worn or damaged.
If your item is faulty please contact us and we will have this resolved immediately for you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, unless faulty on arrival.
We do not offer change of mind refunds.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Two Little Seedlings endeavors to provide you with exceptional products, however if your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel and we will arrange an exchange or refund to the same value.
Two Little Seedlings personally inspects each item to ensure that each item is of exceptional quality. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a suitable resolution.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, size or colour please contact us to discuss stock availability.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted outside the 14 day period or for change of mind, once items are received. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have read the terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.
To arrange an exchange contact us by email at email@example.com Unless the item is faulty, all return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer. All items must still be intact and in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. For exchanges, once the item/s are received by us, we will send your replacement item/s.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the refund still hasn’t appeared please contact your Bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can further assist you.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
In the unfortunate event we supply you with the wrong product we will resolve the situation by replacing it with the correct item, once the incorrect product has been returned to us with original tags and packaging, has not been worn, damaged or used. Two Little Seedlings will be responsible for the freight charges involved.

The customer is responsible for the return costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
