Are local Pick-up and Delivery options available?

Yes, we can deliver locally to Mareeba or alternatively local pick up is available. Once you have placed your order we will then notify you via email of when your order will be available for pickup.

Where do you ship and how much is shipping?

We ship Australia wide and charge a flat rate of $12.95

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs from Mareeba, Queensland. We ship via Australia Post (Standard post). Within Australia, tracking is standard. Delivery times vary depending on your geographical location. You will receive a tracking number once your items are shipped and you can track your parcel and find out the estimated delivery time by visiting the Australia Post website.

Please contact us should you require your delivery more urgently and we can discuss other shipping options. 

If you would like your parcel left in a safe place if you are not home or sent via Express Post, please let us know in the comments section during checkout. Please note that if you request that your parcel be left without signature we will not be liable for non-receipt of your order.

You will receive a shipping notification from us and Australia Post once your order is shipped. Sometimes our shipping notifications can go to junk or be blocked by your email server, so we recommend adding this email address to your contacts:  twolittleseedlings@outlook.com

If you have received a shipping confirmation and tracking number, we recommend contacting Australia Post in the first instance to locate your parcel: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Australia Post will be able to give details on the status of the shipment that we usually do not have access to. They can also assist you in commencing an investigation into the location of your parcel if it looks like it might be lost or held up in transit. Of course if they are unable to help you or you have further queries regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at twolittleseedlings@outlook.com and we'd be more than happy to assist you.

What are the delivery time frames?

You should receive your delivery within 5-10 business days.

Please note- The time frames above are estimates only. Sometimes there can be unexpected delays. These time frames do not include the processing and packaging time.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Mareeba, QLD, Australia. If you purchase any of the items on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.

Please allow 24-48 hours to dispatch your order, please email us if you require your item to be sent immediately and we will do our best. 

Can I return an item?

My Bibs dummies have water inside. Are they faulty?

Bibs dummies have a vented teat, meaning that water and air can flow in and out. This is not considered a fault.

As per the instructions on your Bibs dummy packaging, you should make sure you squeeze excess water out of your Bibs dummies after sterlisation. Please also remember to check your dummies for signs of wear and tear before each use and replace them after 6 weeks or so of use (as per the manufacturer's recommendations).

Colour / Image Variances. Why does my order look different to the image on the website? The actual product may vary from the images shown on the website. The actual colours may vary from those shown depending on the device you are using to view the product or the angle of the item photographed. Specification provided for each product is based on the information provided to us by our suppliers and is to be used a general guide only. 

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately there are a number of reasons why we are unable to change an order after it is placed.

Terms & Conditions for Promotions and Sales:

  1. Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the redemption code for an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. Offer Period. Promotions are only available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised by Two Little Seedlings. Two Little Seedlings has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

  3. Conditions. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer. Promotions may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. Promotions will not always be replicated in-store. Qualifying promotion amount applies to merchandise only, excluding Gift Cards and shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise stated).

  1. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions may be subject to availability.

  2. 'Excluded Items' means sale items and electronic Gift Cards unless otherwise stated.

  3. Redemption. To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the advertised redemption code into the promo code box during the checkout process or purchase using auto-applied code. A coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You can only use the redemption code once unless otherwise stated.

  4. Shipping. Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days. Redelivery of the order will be charged at the customers expense.

  5. Returns. Returns and exchanges are subject to  Two Little Seedlings return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you. Gift Cards or clearance items are not eligible for refund.

  6. Changes. Two Little Seedlings reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.

  7. Offers: From time to time we may run promotions on our website which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion. By proceeding to purchase you agree and accept the Terms of the applicable promotion(s).

  8. Purchases made during a promotional period do not qualify for change of mind refunds or free returns under the company T&Cs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
